Hello, I have decided to try my hand at bow hunting and I figure one of the best ways to get started, after buying bow, is to join KBH. I will be looking to hopefully join right around the 1st of May. My big question is who do I contact to do that? I am looking to get the family membership as my wife and youngest son might be joining me in the archery world.
Thanks, Terry aka Wingenut67

Did you ever get an answer? I called and left a message and nobody called me back. I, too, want to join with my family. Guess I'll drive out and take a look. Don't really feel good about sending money to an address if nobody calls me back.

Drove down today and looked the place over. Spoke with Larry and Gary, two members that were there practicing. They were very helpful answering my questions. Great place. I liked what I saw. Found out there is a $2 charge for members to use the indoor targets in addition to the membership fee. No additional charge for using outdoor for members. Non-members still pay the $5.00 per-use charge. I'll be sending my family membership fee in shortly. Can't wait to start.

Also looking into a KBH membership, Im a sailor from Bangor looking into getting back into shooting again, kind of looking for a mentor to help me transition from a non bow hunter into a bow hunter. Don't have a bow due to on-base housing but looking to buy into a starter bow before I move back home where I can actually hunt.

Are your memberships for a calendar year or one year from when dues were paid?
